Chris Cate

CEO & President

Chris brings 25 years of business acumen to the CEO & President role at Valpak in the areas of manufacturing, technology and sales. His expertise has been in business transformations, including the implementation of a state-of-the-art printing facility, giving Valpak a distinct competitive advantage in the direct mail space. Chris has been instrumental in designing and growing new product lines, driving sales initiatives – at Valpak, as well as its subsidiary companies, like the former Savings.com – and implementing Agile Enterprise principles that have boosted efficiency and while driving down costs. He has spearheaded thoughtful technology innovations, including transitioning from paper-based processes to a complete digital suite of sales tools that have optimized selling time, improved customer experience and driven revenue. Chris is also active in the local community, where he enjoys fostering growth in the technology sector of the greater Tampa Bay area by serving as a board member and past Chairman of the Tampa Bay Technology group.

Jay Loeffler

Chief Revenue Officer

Jay is responsible for the National, Franchise and local sales strategies for Valpak, including the retail grocery, CPG, and consumer healthcare business segments for SKUlocal. With both sales and marketing leadership experience, Jay has a proven track record of driving sales growth in a broad range of business sectors. Under Jay's leadership, his team has continued to drive double digit revenue growth in a diverse range of categories and apply analytics to the strategic selling process to ensure accountability and success for advertising partners. He previously served as Vice President of National Sales, CPG & OTC. Before joining Valpak, Jay worked for Wachovia Bank and Turner Broadcasting in sales and marketing. Jay holds an MBA from the University of Tampa with concentrations in marketing, economics, and applied analytics.

Mandy Febus

Chief Marketing Officer

Mandy is responsible for Marketing at Valpak, including customer journeys, communications, promotional partnerships and sales training and development. Prior to being promoted to the CMO role, Mandy was responsible for improvements to the MarTech stack and business processes to drive revenue attribution across marketing channels. She continues to ensure marketing is an integral piece of the overall company strategy to drive growth. Mandy brings over 15 years of experience working in marketing and marketing technology platforms, with B2B experience from the healthcare and life sciences industries, where she spearheaded a variety of global marketing efforts.

Matt Biasini

Chief Financial Officer

Matt is responsible for all finance and accounting for Valpak. He is also responsible for our Business Intelligence, Business Planning & Analytics, and Legal functions. Before being promoted to his current position in 2013, Matt was Vice President of Sales Planning & Analysis. In that role, he was instrumental in the development of many of our current pricing and incentive programs. He also previously served as Director of Business Planning & Development and Director of Strategic Planning. Matt joined Valpak in 2004 as a Franchise Financial Consultant.

Benjy Uhl

Executive Vice President of Audience & Product Development

Benjy spearheads product development across Valpak's offerings, including The Blue Envelope, postcards, data and competitive intelligence. He joined Valpak in September 2017 to lead the growth of the company's new product and business development area, and is indispensable to our innovative approach. A long-time business partner with the Valpak franchise network, Benjy has a strong background in data and national sales, which aligns with two core initiatives: a data-first mindset and becoming a sales-focused organization. He is working to maximize Valpak's current U.S. footprint, adding clients and products in the company's well-known Blue Envelope of savings while also exploring new revenue streams. Benjy previously held executive positions in which he oversaw strategy, partnerships, sales, marketing and solutions development.

Kristine Moreno

Vice President, Human Resources

Kristine brings 18 years of Human Resources expertise to Valpak, having worked for industry-leading organizations that specialize in technology, logistics, communications and more. She has deep experience in organizational design and effectiveness, strategy, benefits management, and employee relations, with a passion for promoting inclusivity and a positive employee experience across departments. Kristine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University. She oversees HR, Security and Environmental Health and Safety.
