TACO MAN, THE

Hola everyone! We are Brenda and Chris. We are the owners of The Taco Man. We want our menu items to be the best in Colorado. We truly believe in above and beyond customer service. We started this business in 2020 during the pandemic. It has been a WILD RIDE so far! My wife, Brenda, is from Sonora, Mexico, and I am from New Mexico. We decided to open up for business because we love making people smile with our tacos! We wanted to serve food with a style from Sonora that Brenda grew up enjoying. 

We make everything from scratch with our recipes. We truly believe tacos are a healthy item if prepared properly. That is why we hand-select all our meat options and be sure our veggie ingredients are fresh. Our salsa is made in-house, not store-bought; all of our items are gluten-free except select menu items with a flour tortilla. We love being a part of the Northern Colorado community, it's amazing to be able to bring smiles to peoples faces when they enjoy their food. We hope to grow our business to pass along to our kids, where good quality tacos can be served for generations to come!
